Sponsorships at Electric Expo are exclusively available to industry distributors and are limited in number, available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is your chance to stand out and showcase your company’s value at the largest electrical, lighting, and HVAC event in the region.

Host a Hub

Members: $4,750 I Non-Members: $6,250
Get on the show floor at the region’s largest industry event and take center stage by hosting your own Hub! Each sponsor will receive a 10’ x 20’ space to customize, creating an interactive, branded environment that draws traffic and sparks meaningful engagement.

Ideas include:

Hospitality Suites are the ultimate opportunity for distributors to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and elevate brand visibility in a high-traffic, high-impact setting. Located right on the show floor, these premium 20′ x 22′ spaces offer a turnkey solution to host, engage, and stand out.

  1. 20′ x 22′ carpeted space in a prominent show floor location
  2. Beverage bar with domestic beer, soda, water, and a professional bartender
  3. Mini bags of chips, pretzels, popcorn

Sponsor Rules and Regulations

Please view the entire Sponsor Rules and Regulations here. Key regulations include:

  1. Distributors may NOT promote any manufacturer brand, only the distributor brand may be used in any sponsorship or advertisement.
  2. No sponsor may assign or sublet in whole or in any part of their sponsored space allotted.
  3. Sponsors and/or their affiliates may not host any outside functions that take place during established show hours.
  4. No outside food and beverage may be brought onto the show floor. Sponsors may offer food & beverages however it must be ordered through the hotel. To learn more, contact Sarah Hagy at EAP.
  5. Distributors MAY use products repped as prizes in their space.

How to Book
Due to the extremely limited number of opportunities, we are asking interested companies to submit their interest via email to Sarah Hagy (sarah@eap.org). Space will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
