In order to fulfill this sponsorship, please send the following a minimum of one-week prior to your selected send date:

Text you wish to be included in the eblast; we suggest highlighting a new product/service or special that will drive attendance to your booth. Offering a special incentive or show discount? This is a great opportunity to get the word out!
- Please send text in an email or Word format, so it can be easily copied.
Please send us any images, URLs or documents that should be referenced or included, please do not send AI, EPS, or other vector files, only high-quality PDFs, JPEGs and/or PNGs.
- You must have ownership rights for any images submitted to EAP for distribution in your dedicated pre-show dedicated eblast.
If you have a specific desired layout, let us know by sending a sample; we will do our best to accommodate.

All ads will be run in full color.

Preferred File Format in order of preference:

Press Ready PDF files with all fonts embedded.
MAC native files with all fonts and links included, to size.
PC based files must be converted to Press Ready PDF files with all fonts embedded.
All ad submissions must be received no later than Friday, August 23, 2024.
