2024 Exhibitor Registration

Rates are based on 10' x 10' booths unless otherwise indicated. Included in each booth package:

6' Skirted Table, Two Folding Chairs, Wastebasket
Carpet
20-amp power strip (per booth)
One identification sign to include company name and booth number
8' high curtain back wall and 3' high matching dividers with aluminum uprights
Ability to walk-in show materials/set-up
Complimentary Standard Wi-Fi on the show floor (no upgrades available)
Attendee registration list (post-show)

Advanced Registration Rates available through April 30, 2024:

Member Advanced Rate: $2,100 ($300 deposit is required at time of booking)
Non-Member Advanced Rate: $2,500 ($300 deposit is required at time of booking)
Member Vehicle Advanced Rate*: $6,300 ($900 deposit is required at time of booking)
Non-Member Vehicle Advanced Rate*: $7,500 ($900 deposit is required at time of booking)

Regular Rates as of May 1, 2024:

Member Regular Rate: $2,450
Non-Member Regular Rate: $2,850
Member Vehicle Regular Rate*: $7,350
Non-Member Vehicle Regular Rate*: $8,550

*for vehicles 21' and longer, 30' x 10' space required

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to show management. At [email protected]. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following schedule:

Received by Friday April 30, 2024: forfeit deposit of $300.
Received May 1, 2024 – August 30, 2024: forfeit deposit and 50% of exhibitor fee.
Received after August 30, 2024: sorry, no refunds.
