How it Works:
- Rent a Bus: Arrange a bus and invite your customers to join you for an exciting afternoon at Electric Expo on Thursday, October 24.
- Digital Marketing Support: We provide digital marketing materials to help you spread the word and attract attendees.
- Attend the Expo: Enjoy the show with your customers, making valuable connections and building relationships.
- Get Reimbursed: After the show, send us a copy of your paid bus invoice. We will reimburse you $50 per attendee who arrived at the show.*

Tips for Success:
- Plan for an activity for the drive to the Expo; tie it to prizes to amplify the fun!
- Be sure to pack some light food and beverage for the bus; water is a must!
- Because this is a free event, you will see no-shows. Plan for a possible attrition rate of about 20%.
- In your communications, be clear on your departure times both going to the Expo and then upon leaving the Expo; we don’t want anyone left behind!
- Plan to spend about two hours at the Expo. There will be bar bites and beer/soda and water in five Hospitality Suites.
Bus FAQs:
When can my bus arrive?
Buses must be booked ahead of time with Electric Expo. Buses may arrive on Thursday, October 24 between the hours of 11:00 am – 4:00 pm (show closes at 6pm). An assigned arrival time will be provided. There is complimentary parking for the buses as well.
Is Marketing Collateral Available to Help Promote our Show Affiliation?
Yes! EAP will provide digital and (upon request) print marketing assets.
How will I be reimbursed?
A member of the team will greet your bus upon arrival and record the number of attendees. After the Expo, please email [email protected] a copy of your paid bus invoices and we will send you a check within 30 days. It’s that easy.
