Exhibitor Policies

To ensure a smooth experience for all, please review the following policies regarding payments, cancellations, and exhibitor expectations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Exhibitor cancellations are subject to the following refund schedule:

  • All deposits are non-refundable once your application has been confirmed.
  • Cancellations before March 31, 2026: Eligible for a full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations from March 31 to June 30, 2026: Eligible for a 50% refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations after June 30, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Deposits and Payment Schedule

  • A deposit must accompany your application in order to reserve booth space. Applications submitted without deposits are considered incomplete and will not hold space.
  • Full payment is due by June 30, 2026.
  • Booths reserved after June 30, 2026, must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm participation.

By exhibiting at Electric Expo, your company agrees to abide by all guidelines outlined in the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations manual. Please review this document thoroughly prior to the show.
