The EAP is excited to send one lucky winner and a guest to Chicago Friday, December 16 – Monday, December 19, 2022, for a football filled weekend (the “Giveaway”)!  The Philadelphia Eagles will play the Chicago Bears on Sunday, December 18th at 1PM!  Winners will enjoy a warm tailgate spot to eat, drink, and prepare themselves for one of those legendary cold days on the South Side of Chicago. This prize pack includes:

  • Direct, roundtrip flights for two from PHL to Chicago

Prize Eligibility Requirements and Rules:

  • You may enter to win one of two ways: register for the Electric Expo 2022 and opt in to be entered to win by selecting the box to opt into winning the “Eagles Game Giveaway” or you may submit an entry by completing this online form by 6 pm EST October 27, 2022.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • To be eligible to win, recipient must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions are permitted.
  • The winner will be selected by random drawing after the Electric Expo concludes. The winner will be contacted November 2, 2022, first by phone and then via email. The winner will have until 12:00 pm EST Friday, November 4, 2022, to accept the prize or they shall forfeit their winnings. If prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will be notified. The alternate winner will be contacted November 4, 2022, first by phone and then via email. The alternate winner will have until 10:00 am EST Monday, November 7, 2022, to accept the prize or they shall forfeit their winnings.
  • The winner will be announced on our website by Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  • The winner is responsible for all taxes and all costs not specifically identified as part of the prize.
  • No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. 
  • EAP staff, members of the EAP Governing Board and EAP Electric Expo committee, as well as employees of Electric Expo 2022 exhibiting companies are not eligible to win.
  • By entering this Giveaway, the entrant (“You”) agrees to release and hold harmless The Electrical Association of Philadelphia (the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway. 
  • This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to its conflict of law principles. You agree, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between You and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Giveaway, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Pennsylvania having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway) You incur. You hereby waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
