Booth Rental Fee Includes:

  • Standard 10’ x 10’ show booth
  • Ability to unload your own materials (this does not include large displays or freight shipped by common carriers)
  • Special Feature: Electricity is included on a complimentary basis in the booth rental fee!  (Usually, electric service is an additional charge, with a base price of $115.)  A 120 volt, 15 amp, 1500 watt quad box electrical service will now be included for each 10’ by 10’ booth.  Note that additional or upgraded electrical service will be available directly through the Valley Forge Casino Resort, if arranged substantially in advance. 
  • 6’ skirted table, two folding chairs, booth carpet and one company sign
  • Uniform booth background and dividers consisting of an 8’ high curtain back wall, 3’ high matching dividers and aluminum uprights
  • Free Wi-Fi on Expo floor
  • Color-coded badges for exhibitors and attendees

NOTE: Depending upon the services required, exhibitors may incur additional charges. Please review the packet with rate schedule and order forms thoroughly.

  • $300 Deposit per booth -  Due by April 28, 2017
  • Full Payment Due: July 31, 2017
  • Contract Must Accompany Payment       
  • Increased Booth Cost if not paid in full by: July 31, 2017

If booth is not contracted for, or not paid in full, by July 31, 2017, prices increase by $250 to the following: $1,950 for members and $2,300 for non-members.

Exhibits must be ready by 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25 and remain intact until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26. Dismantling will begin immediately at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. If an exhibitor dismantles prior to the announced show end, they will not be invited back to future Expos. Exhibit hall must be cleared by 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26.
